The left was taken a few years ago, not sure how much i weighed in it but my heaviest was 147. in november 2012 i started eating clean (as of feburary 2013 also vegetarian) and doing lots of hot yoga and running as well as some blogilates. the picture on the right it me in april 2013. i am about 5’5” and now am about 116 pounds. my next goals are to tone up a bit and gain more self love. biggest thing to remember is health and fitness (both physical and mental) is a journey, not a sprint.
